S5 closure for South side of Neyland Stadium construction starting Wed, Nov 16, 2022 (new date)

Tennessee’s pursuit of creating the best gameday experience and atmosphere in the country for all fans and students at Neyland Stadium continues to progress, as ongoing renovation work shifts to the south end of the stadium following the conclusion of the 2022 football season.
Members of the campus community who regularly navigate areas near the south end of Neyland Stadium should take note of the following:
- Tee Martin Drive will be closed to traffic from Phillip Fulmer Way to Gate 3 except for construction staff, campus maintenance and emergency vehicles
- The S5 parking lot—under the Gate 10 ramp—will be closed
- Pedestrian traffic leaving the G-10 garage at parking lot S5 will be routed directly west to Phillip Fulmer Way and will not be allowed to exit the garage to the east
- The Truly’s Tailgate lot remains closed for construction
- The Biology Annex pad will be closed for construction, including the ramp and stairs from this area to Tee Martin Drive at Gate 4
- Throughout the summer of 2023, entrances on the east side of the G-10 garage will be affected by utility work
