FAQ – Refund for Student Parking Permit

  • Last day for a full refund if enrolled in mini-session
5/21/2024
  • Last day for full refund if NOT enrolled in mini-session
6/12/2024
  • Last day for half refund
7/15/2024
Fall/Spring Academic Year Series (2024-25)  
  • Last day for a full refund
8/30/2024
  • Last day for a half refund
    (take note December graduates)

Refund Process:

Must return the actual parking permit hangtag or sticker to Parking and Transportation Services by deadline (see above)

  1. Bring the Student Parking Hangtag or Accessible Sticker to Parking & Transportation Services to process the transaction
  2. Complete the refund request form (if this is not submitted, we cannot process the refund)

  3. Refunds are applied to the Student Account within a few weeks

Example of refund request:

  • December Graduate
  • Withdrawal from School
  • Off-campus for internship, student teaching, or study abroad
