Summer Camp and Conference Parking Information

Traffic & Parking Regulation I.  GENERAL
Regulations are enforceable seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, including holidays and breaks.

Cost
  • $5.00 daily permit Parking and Transit Services assigns guest to a specific area depending on other events on campus
  • Hourly parking at Volunteer Hall garage at 1545 White Ave $1 per 30 minutes (this is the parking location for Campus Tours which are led from the Student Union. The Visitor Center will provide campus tour guests with the parking voucher for complimentary parking.)
Camps/Conferences

 

Parking cost is usually NOT included in registration fee

IF parent, guardian, or participant is planning on parking on campus – they must obtain a parking permit

$5.00 Daily Permits available:

  • Circle Park Information Booth (7am – 4pm)
  • 2121 Stephenson Dr (off Neyland & Joan Cronan Way) (7:30am – 4:45pm)
  • Daily permit may be purchased in advance
  • No online or phone sales

G10 (Neyland garage next to arena) is the primary parking for summer camps and conferences

Additional areas may be utilized depending on other events on the campus calendar

NOTE: UT is extremely busy all summer – please do not assume parking is available in front of the specific location.

Current UT Students Reminder: Student school year permits expire May 15th. Students working or taking classes must purchase a summer parking permit.
