On Thu, Dec 14th the N3 Non-Commuter parking area (long skinny lot between Caledonia and Terrace Ave) will be turned over to Housing for the construction of the Caledonia Residence Hall.
All vehicles must be removed from N3 by 6 am on Thu, Dec 14th
180 parking spaces will turn into two buildings with 1,150 beds.
The NEW residence hall is scheduled to open in Fall 2025 and help meet the university’s long-term housing needs, driven in part by growing enrollment and also the desire from more students to live on campus longer.
