Beginning in mid-December 2023, changes will be occurring in and around the G17 Terrace Ave garage due to the construction of the NEW Caledonia Residence Hall.
74 parking S12 parking on Caledonia Ave will be converted to the office for the construction starting Dec 14, 2023.
The N parking at the top level of G17 will be reassigned to S12 due to the loss of those spaces on Caledonia Ave.
Additional N parking will be available on Volunteer Blvd West, N12, or the Economy Non-Commuter area.
In addition, the City of Knoxville streets around the G17 garage will see partial closures on Terrace Ave for delivery vehicles and a crane to lift the pre-fabricated materials into place for the new Caledonia Residence Hall.
The Terrace Ave entrance and exit will close due to this construction and the only entrance to the G17 garage will be at 1800 Lake Ave.
