Residence Hall construction closes two lots and impacts mobility

Starting December 14th, 2023, two parking areas will be closed to begin construction on the Caledonia and Andy Holt Ave Residence Halls.

Areas turned over to Housing for new Residence Halls and ALL vehicles need to be moved out by Thu, Dec 14th:

• N3 long skinny parking area between Caledonia and Terrace closes for new Caledonia Residence Hall
• N23 gravel parking area at Magnolia closes for Andy Holt Ave Residence Hall

Changes and additional capacity for parking

• G17 Terrace Ave garage impacts N and S12
• Volunteer Blvd West from Joe Johnson to Cumberland changes from SCN to ONLY N permits (additional capacity also at N12 parking area)
• Economy Non-Commuter adds 100 spaces
