Traffic congestion may be significant due to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will be repairing the I-40 bridge over 17th Street.
Repairs begin: Feb. 17 – evening
Repairs end: Mon, Feb 20 – 6 am
Lane closures: I-40 East and West between 386 and almost 389
Small sections of I-275, as well as Alcoa Highway
Duration: Three weekends in February, weather permitting
We recommend arriving 30 minutes earlier than usual to avoid the frustration of sitting in traffic.
