Due to significant pedestrians on the Engineering Quad by SERF, an access control gate has been installed on Middle Dr to limit the vehicle traffic. Only essential deliveries that must use Middle Dr will be able to access this area.
Most deliveries, vendors, and drop off/pick ups need to use Circle Dr, Lower Dr, and Estabrook Rd.
Access Gate operation start: Feb 12
Hours: Monday—Friday 7 am to 6 pm
Gate is not operational after 6 and on weekends when pedestrian traffic is minimal
Access controlled by: Central Alarm (NOT Parking office)
This access control gate is equipped with a camera, call box, and a proximity ID card reader for vehicles that are granted permission to drive along this portion of Middle Drive. When the call box connects to Central Alarm, the driver must be on the approved list or they will be instructed to use the other roads.
