Parking Area Closure Request Form This form is to be used to request the closure of any UT campus parking spaces for construction, landscaping, repairs, etc. To request the closure of spaces for events, please use the UT Parking Specially Arranged Parking form at http://parking.utk.edu/special-events/#special-parking-requests.Project Name*Project Description*Description of Closure Location- Be as precise as possible and identify exact spaces requested to be closed.*In addition, a PDF-formatted MAP/DIAGRAM showing the location of the requested closure MUST be attached.File Attachment*Provide a PDF-formatted MAP/DIAGRAM showing the location of the requested closure (limit 5MB per file).Accepted file types: pdf.Are any of the following affected by the closure? NOTE: Parking area closures are only permitted when no other alternative exists and for the shortest time needed to complete work. Please provide specific information justifying need and time required for the closure. Approval of requests will be severely restricted during the fall and spring semesters. Parking Area closure requests must be received by the UT Parking Office at least seven (7) business days prior to the anticipated start date of the closure.
