Air Conditioning System Project at Hodges Library
December 11, 2016 to January 6, 2017

Construction Set Up – Sunday Dec 11^th & Monday Dec 12^th

The following will be CLOSED:

1. Melrose Ave from east end of Hess to Melrose Pl
2. The Melrose Loop – Melrose Ave and Melrose Pl (they will be setting up and assembling a huge crane to lift the new equipment to the roof)
3. All of S12 lots at Library (including at Alumni House)

Accessible parking relocated to Fred Brown and S23 by Music Building

Construction      Tuesday December 13^th – January 6^th

The following will be CLOSED:

1. Melrose Ave from east end of Hess to Melrose Pl
2. Upper east level of S12 lots closest to the Library

The following will be OPEN:

1. Melrose Ave in front of Hess – BUT it will be a two-way street and thus there can be NO parking at the curb on Melrose by Hess due to the two-way traffic
2. Melrose Pl from Volunteer Blvd and then down behind S12
3. Additional accessible/handicapped parking will be available in Upper S12 in front of the I-House
4. Lower east S12 – enter from Melrose Pl
5. Upper west S12 (in front of I-House) – enter from TWO-WAY Melrose Ave in front of Hess

Staff 12 parking permits will be honored in unreserved student or staff parking lots from Dec 11-Jan 6.
