Due to two parking areas closing for the construction of new residence halls, one non-commuter area will see an increase in capacity.
The Volunteer Blvd West on-street parking from Joe Johnson north to Cumberland Ave will change from Staff/Commuter/Non-commuter (SCN) to only Non-commuter. There will now be 103 spaces available for Non-commuters and previously only about 20 residential students parked in this area.
Additionally, one Non-commuter lot has been underutilized, the N 12 lot (yellow rectangle on the map) which can fit an additional 44 non-commuter permit holders.
