Parking Area Assignments

  • Faculty and staff are assigned to numbered parking areas such as Staff 7, Staff 9, Staff 23, etc.
  • If an assignment includes multiple lots, the permit is valid in any lot within that designated area.
  • Departments, colleges, and programs coordinate parking recommendations during annual renewals.
  • New assignments are made throughout the year as space becomes available.
  • High-demand areas such as S7, S9, and S30 may reach capacity after annual renewals and not available to mid-year hires.
  • Employees are encouraged to Park Once and use the free T transit system to reach destinations across campus.
