As work continues on the Neyland Entertainment District project, parking conditions and availability may change throughout the fall 2026 semester. Updates will be shared as project milestones are finalized and new information becomes available.

 To help accommodate the temporary loss of parking spaces during construction, the university will also share information about additional surface parking lots that will be available for campus parking.

Monday, Aug. 10 – Eastern Portion of G10 Parking Garage Closing for Construction

Beginning Monday, Aug. 10, the eastern portion of the G10 parking garage will close for parking as construction begins. This initial phase will focus on work along the perimeter to ensure a safe environment for future construction. Throughout the project, the university will continue to utilize available campus parking, leased park-and-ride locations and additional options, including the new parking lot on Stephenson Drive, to help meet parking needs.
