Parking for Student Move-In Fall 2023

Official move-in days for Fall 2023 are Sunday, August 13 to Tuesday, August 22. These are the only FREE parking days that will be available for family members who are assisting their students.

Please ONLY park in a student parking space –
Non-Commuter (N) or Commuter (C).

There is NO parking in Staff (S) spaces. Staff work year around, not just when school starts. We ask you to respect their parking areas.

Information page for purchasing your Non-Commuter parking permit (only for those with signed UT Housing contracts)

1. Purchase your parking permit – Residential Students can go online starting on August 1, 2023, and order their Non-Commuter (N) parking permit. A student must have a signed housing contract in order to be eligible to purchase a permit.
2. Print the temporary permit and place the permit on the dashboard of your vehicle
3. Permits are valid starting on August 1, 2023
