Traffic Control Setup Request Form
This form must be submitted for any projects where setup of traffic control by UT Parking Office is requested. The Project Manager, whether a UT Department staff member, or an External Contractor, is responsible for Traffic Control on any projects impeding roadways, parking area entrances, exits, or drive lanes and accessible ADA pathways. UT Parking can provide setup of traffic control, for a charge, if the UT Department or External Contractor does not have access to these resources. Please note UT Parking support is limited to traffic control supplies, barricades, cones, etc., and does not include traffic control staff, flaggers, etc. Requests must be submitted seven (7) full business days in advance and are subject to availability of supplies. Any requests not meeting this deadline are subject to a late fee.
