How To Utilize Hourly Parking

  • All parking is $2 per hour of parking.
  • All hourly parking spaces on campus require payment. Student and staff permits are not valid in these spaces. Even if you have a permit, you must pay to park in these spaces.
  • Payment can be handled in one of two manners: 1) scan corresponding QR code on signage within the hourly parking areas to initiate payment, or 2) use the Parkmobile app to register your vehicle and quickly make payments upon arrival.
  • Payment is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the exception of specific holidays and events on campus. If payment is not required, the app or scan-to-pay option will not accept payment. If there is an event, the app or scan-to-pay option will indicate that parking is not allowed and your vehicle may be ticketed or towed.
  • The app and scan-to-pay options will allow you to extend a session if you find you need more time on campus. Simply follow the prompts and text message notifications to add time and continue enjoying your time on campus.
  • Hourly parking at Vol Hall will provide options to pay with card or cash in person. All other locations will require use of the app or scan-to-pay option.
  • Parking at RecSports has a three-hour time limit to allow everyone access to the campus recreation facility. You will not be able to extend time and will be ticketed if you stay longer than the three-hour limit.
