A partial closure of Phillip Fulmer began on Mon., Dec 9, 2024, and continues until August 2025. This phase of Neyland Stadium Renovations will include the Founder Suite Project and South Surface Improvements. At the same time, a steam line replacement continues in the roadway to support the campus.  

Impacts:

• The S30 entrance off of Phillip Fulmer will immediately close.
• The Peyton Manning and Phillip Fulmer intersection will be closed, except for buses and service vehicles.
• The closure will extend from Gate 20 to just before the G10 garage entrance (which will remain open).

We strongly encourage special events guests to avoid Phillip Fulmer and enter campus using Joe Johnson or Volunteer Blvd. The G10 garage entrance may also be accessed from Neyland Dr.
