Due to some unforeseen circumstances an emergency closure will take place on Melrose Place.  Area parking permit holders may not be able to access their designated parking areas Thursday, August 8, 2024 and Friday, August 9, 2024, if you travel from Cumberland Avenue. Melrose Place at Lake Avenue will be closed from 7 AM till 10 AM both days (Marked in Red). Please see the map below for this location.

Permit holders in the area will need to enter from Volunteer Boulevard at Andy Holt Avenue and travel down limited access path, turn left up Francis Avenue and then right on Melrose Avenue. Some permit holders will be able to access parts of S12 at the International House and Tyson House from Volunteer Boulevard.
