The Traffic and Safety Committee reviews a variety of campus traffic safety issues to ensure pedestrian and vehicular traffic and movement operates in as safe, efficient, and effective manner as possible.
The committee is composed of a cross-section of representatives from UT and the City of Knoxville involved in traffic and transportation on and around campus. Members include:

- Jack Stallings, Director of Operations, Parking & Transportation
