Special Event Parking Request Form– inc. permits, parking areas, signs, cones, etc
Request bus or van for special events
- Managed by Parking and Transportation Services
  - Request UT Branded (with Smokey) Large or Small Bus
  - Request a Charter Bus with a professional driver
    (coach, school bus, or van) (not an orange branded T bus)
- Managed by UT Fleet Management
  - Request a UT Rental Vehicle or Van
    (no professional driver)

Reminder

Departmental Parking Representatives make recommendations to Parking and Transportation Services about which staff and faculty should be assigned to what lot or garage.

Primary – Only one person can be designated the Primary Representative and they are authorized to make changes to the departmental allocation

Secondary – Supports the Primary Representative and can assist in the allocation process but is not able to make changes
