G1 and G2 Upgraded Access Gates for Faculty/Staff Permit Holders

Installation

1. July 2-22
   1. Prep work
   2. Installation of new gate equipment (much of this will be done overnight)
   3. Testing technology

Transition

1. Week of July 16
   1. Bring OLD G1/G2 Access Card to Circle Park Information Booth and turn in
   2. A new access card will be issued to only the permit holder
   3. Gates are scheduled to be operational July 23^rd
      1. Please make sure you have exchanged your card prior to the 23^rd

1. July 23 or After
   1. Circle Park will continue to distribute cards to staff/faculty who are not currently on campus to ensure that all G1/G2 permit holders receive their new card
   2. Bring G1/G2 Access Card to Circle Park Information Booth and turn in
   3. A new access card will be issued to only the permit holder

Note: If you have any old cards from staff who are no longer with the university, please drop those off also so we may dispose of them.
