Starting Monday July 24th Staff Accessible/Handicapped Parking Permits will be for Sale in the Parking & Transit Office at 2121 Stephenson Dr.
Beginning Monday, July 24th, 2017-18 STAFF Accessible/Handicapped Parking Permits will be available to purchase at the Parking & Transit Office located at 2121 Stephenson Dr using payroll deduction (Regular employees) or a credit card. The current permits expire on July 31st, and the new permits are required on August 1st and thereafter.
Permits should be purchased before you return to campus. If you are abroad, you can purchase this when you return.
The procedure to acquire the 2017-18 Repositionable Accessible Permit is the same as last year. We need you to present the needed documentation at our office at 2121 Stephenson Dr (off Joan Cronan Way and Neyland Drive). Please bring:
- Photo ID
- Valid Accessible/Handicapped placard or Accessible license plate number
- State registration for the Accessible placard or license plate
Just a note: If you are wondering why you need to present this information again, we have closed the books on last year and the documentation is sent to storage each year. For auditing purposes, we need to document each year and may sure the documentation is current.
